Registration for the Spring Session of our Institute classes will open Jan. 25. Individuals interested in enrolling are encouraged to complete their registration early, as registration will remain open through Feb. 24.

Guest Speaker: Rev. James T. Meeks

Who Can You Loose and Bring to Jesus?

Reverend James T. Meeks challenged the congregation to embrace active discipleship by intentionally bringing others to Jesus. Using Mark 11:1-6, he emphasized that disciples are not passive believers but people who pray, study God's Word, give, attend church, and make other disciples. Many people are spiritually tied by fear, trauma, or negative experiences, and God calls believers to use their faith to help loose them. The simplest form of discipleship is extending an invitation to church.
